Original art by Pastor Margaret Richey

Prolific artistry is not only a talent, but it’s a passion to repeatedly produce from the heart. Margaret Richey does not only paint pictures. She recounts experiences that she has had on her travels around the world. As a artist, Margaret pours her time, tears, and fervency into the work that she produces.

As a young girl living in Brooklyn, one of her desires was to own a 64-count box of crayons. As an adult, she not only got that box of crayons, but she also received a present from her daughters to take art classes. Those classes awakened the talent. Margaret had to paint, proving that gifts don’t have an expiration date. Margaret began painting in her 60s, and she is a true example that the capacity to be great is only limited by your mindset.
